Yes, it is, but there is no chance even in this scenario. Since even such a small number of points is not able to bring someone to the first place except for the very first place LOL Because the one who goes with this difference of 2-3 points even they have no chance, because the person who is in the first place and in the second they will still have a gap of 2-3 points, despite the fact that each of them wins.
