The Golden State Warriors, led by Stephen Curry, sealed their fourth North American Basketball League (NBA) title in eight years, as they claimed their third straight Finals triumph in Boston (103-90), which they won 4-2.

The early 12-point lead was quickly answered by the Warriors, who closed the first quarter already leading by five (22-27) after a 25-8 run, including an 11-0 run to close it out.

The Warriors' state of grace continued into the second period, with the halves extending to 35-8 and 21-0, which resulted in a 15-point lead (22-37).

With 10.14 minutes left in the half, the Celtics responded with a 7-0 run, but the game never changed, as the away team went on a 14-4 run to end the first half with a 15-point lead (39-54).

The Celtics, led by Brown and Horford, managed to close the gap to 10 points (66-76) at the end of the third quarter.

The game was not over, but the truth is that the team led by Steve Kerr always seemed to be in control and was never in danger of letting the lead slip away and win the title, the fourth in eight years, and the first since 2018, after two seasons heavily scarred by serious injuries, especially to Klay.
