Hey guys I wanted a little bit of help, I am going to be emailing slots providers with some really tough and poignant questions. I have a few questions already to go but I was wandering if you guys had anything that you would like to ask the people that make your favorite games. Think if there is anything that you would like to ask, it may be RTP related or regulations, stuff like how long does it take to make a slot from start to finish. Anything you can think of will be of great help.

The idea of emailing providers and asking them questions is to get some interesting posts for you to read. Hearing first hand information from the people behind the games will give us an insight into how the games are made and how much money people make from slots. Stuff that should be of use for us to know. So please post your questions in the comments and I will let you know if I use your questions and what response we get. Many thanks!

  1. How big is the team behind the making of a game?
  2. Is the bonus like in a order? ex:.in a 20$ bet (B1;B2;B3) in which the B1 will pay 40$; B2 pays 35; B3 pays 500$. Is the bonus alredy set to give that specific amount or does the game check how much is the providers profit on the game and gives a random payout in each bonus?

A few days ago a slot (book of fire) bugged me in the bonus just when I had given it a retriger, and it didn't let me play it and it didn't pay me the bonus either.
the bet was 0.20 in the end the casino decided to give me 20 eur what would the bonus be worth, what would you have done in that case?

It is a tough one @Fouad, it always says in the event of a malfunction the bet is void, so in all honesty the casino were good to give you 20 Euro. They could have just said sorry and told you to read the small print in the game rules. I would have done what you did contact customer support and see if they could help. Often when something like this happens it is hard to pin-point the blame, it was probably caused by the providers severs but they could easily say it was caused by your internet or a server you connected to.

And the truth is that the casino behaved quite well, giving me 20 euros of balance, when they could have perfectly said no.
They also tend to have good treatment since here in Belgium where I live there are very few online casinos and the majority are blocked and the only thing you can do is use vpn

Sure Belgium are going hard on gambling, they are treating it as the new smoking! I wrote a post a while ago about Belgium banning all gambling related advertising, forcing people like you to gamble with VPN. In all honesty the regulators are dumb and all the tougher regulations will do is force gambling underground.

You're right about that, people also when they see that they're being banned, they feel more like playing.
what bothers me about this is that they haven't banned it at all, there are belgium online casinos where you can play from providers like (pragmaticplay, playnGo, QuickSpin, Microgaming, etc).
but instead providers like (Nolimit, Pushgaming, Hacksaw, etc)
which are the ones with the most potential are blocked.

Ok so this is the template for the questions I am going to be sending to slots provider, if any of you guys could help me by sending me the email addresses of slots providers please. I mean I know the names of a lot of providers but I do not know them all, so if you could help by commenting the provider and contact email that would be great! It would save me some time and hopefully get us more responses to post on the forum.

To whom it may concern,

Hi my name is garf and I work for alphagamblers.com. We are a growing community from all around the world of avid slots fans. I would like a little bit of your time if I may to answer a couple of questions relating to slots, casinos and the gaming industry. Your answers will be published on our forum for members to read and comment on. Hearing first hand from experts like yourselves is what our community desires, your knowledge and experience in the industry is just what we are looking to read about. Your participation will be greatly appreciated by everyone on our forum which is approaching 1000 active users. The forum was only started 6 months ago and we have grown fast and we plan to keep growing and our community wants to hear what you have to say!

The first question I would like to ask is your opinion on something I call "slot saturation". With the gambling sector making steady growth year to year we have seen many new providers and studios appear on the scene. So many new games are released each week that I find it hard to keep track and I feel that a lot of slots and hard work by game makers like yourself goes unrecognized. So my question is do you think slots providers should be limited to how many games they are allowed to release each month? (If you could explain your thinking either way please)

My second question is to do with gambling regulation, game providers like yourself are having to design your slots in accordance to ever more stringent regulations. This I imagine can sometimes change the vision of the designers and have an impact on the final release version of the game. So my question is, do you think the gambling sector needs tougher regulation and what future forecast would you give if tougher regulations are enforced?

And lastly a question about your slots and your studio, how long does it take from start to release (on average) to design and make one of your games? And how many people work on bringing the game to market?

I sincerely thank you for taking the time to read and answer the above questions and I am sure our forum members will really enjoy taking the time to read what your response is. Here at Alphagamblers.com we wish you all the best of luck for the future and we hope that your studio continues to produce terrific slots for us to play!

Many Thanks Garf79

Thanks for the providers guys! I have sent out the first batch of emails! So I will see if I get any responses. If you can find another batch of providers to contact that would be great. There are sooooo many providers out there now and this post is a numbers game! The more people I contact, the more answers/posts we will get back. So if anyone can find more providers email addresses it would be AMAZING! thanks.
