Its a big problem for me, because I cannot handle myself and I always chase losses and always lose my savings.

I understand it is a problem for me too, luckily I have a girlfriend that loves me and I give her 80% of my money and I gamble with the rest. If it is a problem for you then find someone that you trust and let them manage your money. Hopefully you have someone that can help you and understands your situation. If you can't do this then try and get some help or just take a break, watch streamers to get your fix!

You’re not alone, i am also in the same situation. The only thing preventing me from losing everything is my anxiety for the future and willpower.

My only tip for you is to have someone consult you during times when you’re low. You need a friend who cares about you. At least that is what helps me!

Usually, when I lose, it is small, but I have to stop because I can see what happens to people who don't stop
