This is my 3rd horse race betting strategy post and I think it is always wise to advise that no strategy is foolproof and in sports betting anything can happen, so only bet with money you can afford to lose and do not rely on gambling for an extra income! But if you are new to betting and looking for a way to try and find good horses to bet on then this strategy is easy to follow and if you read my race card post a couple of days ago should be very easy to find a beaten favorites.

The beaten favorite strategy is an easy one to follow and it will involve you studying different horses form, you can find out this information on the racecards and all it involves is finding a horse that has had a string of successful races but in its last race had a bit of a blip and may not have even got in the places. Horses are similar to people and often they will have an off day, maybe feeling a little bit under the weather and certainly not always at their best. The beaten favorite strategy is simple once you have found the right horse but it is also important to check how the going was, if the horse prefers soft or hard ground and maybe even checking rain conditions. When you manage to find a horse that has had a good run and then had a bad race all you have to do is bet heavily on the horse to win. It doesn't always work of course but if you are picking horses by form then this can be a profitable strategy, backing the horse each way is also an option but check what odds you are getting first. You can even adopt the 80/20% strat that I posted about the other day, hope this brings you a few winner Good Luck!
