Now Thunderkick have been making top notch slots for a long time now and to be fair we don't see their games played anywhere near enough on streams in my opinion, this maybe due to fact that we never seem to see the slots full potential and max wins. This new game from Thunderkick- Rex the Hunt is a fun 6 reel, 3,4,4,4,4,3 formation and it has up to 178 pay lines.

  

Despite the reel format and and massive amount of pay lines  Rex the Hunt is a fairly basic game. There are not really any base game features apart from being able to land the bush symbols and they just reveal a stacked mystery symbols basically.

 

The free spin bonus round is triggered by landing a scatter on reel 1 and 6, when these land you are awarded 10 free spins. During the free spins round any of the bush symbols that land on reels 2, 3, 4, or 5 are sticky and each spin after mystery symbols are uncovered.

  

Like I said this is a pretty basic game from Thunderkick and it is certainly one of their lower volatility games. The game has fairly good potential with a max win of 4,000x but is definitely lacking a few base game features or something else to hold players attention. 

    

Rex the Hunt has pretty good RTP at 96.12% and a pretty high hit rate in the base game. The feature also triggers fairly frequently and like I said this is one of Thunderkicks less volatile games. The overlay is easy to use and the graphics and gameplay are very smooth. Everything works as it should and the engine is really good and as you would expect from Thunderkick. This game is great for new players but I think it nneds a bit more to keep players coming back and playing again.
