Players can submit 1 pick per day and in the course of 1 month have to submit a total of 10 picks in order to qualify for the competition.
Bets/Posts must contain a written account of why the bet will win with 150 words minimum.

BOSTON VS NEW JERSEY -- Start time 1AM CET Dec 24 

Observation- The matchup Friday is the sixth meeting between these teams this season. The Bruins won 8-1 in the previous matchup. In Boston's last 10 games the Bruins: 7-1-2, averaging 3.7 goals, 6.6 assists, 4.3 penalties and 9.7 penalty minutes while giving up 2.1 goals per game. Brad Marchand has nine goals and 17 assists for the Bruins. David Pastrnak has eight goals and five assists over the past 10 games. In Jerseys last 10 games, the Devils went : 3-5-2, averaging 2.5 goals, four assists, 3.3 penalties and 9.6 penalty minutes while giving up 2.9 goals per game.

IHC vs LYNN VISION

Starting off the quarter finals, we have two long time rivals and considered one of the better teams in this tournament - it'll be a real tough one. These two have a long history of playing against eachother but so far it's going at a stalemate. Their recent match however for the ESL Challenger Asia Pacific League in the grand finals BO5. Lynn Vision got the best of them and defeated IHC with a 3-2 giving LV their 8th win-streak. As thing's are looking now, LYNN definitely has the better stats and each individual has been performing their best. Lynn is currently the superstar of all Chinese teams.

IHC on the other hand is ranked higher but has not shown the same level feat as Lynn. They are at a disadvantage when it comes to the map pool and the carry of Lynn is better. Their biggest achievement however is actually qualifying for the recent RIO major but ended up 12th place.

MY PREDICTION:

IHC @ 2.170

Despite Lynn showing better stats. IHC has a long history and is known for their incredible gun play. Their aim is so crisp its unbelievable they hadn't played in more global tourneys! H2H matches show that it's been back and forth for the past several matches. IHC will get their revenge because they'll be banning Lynn's best maps which they won in their last BO5.

This game will be a BO3 and if IHC plays their card right, the map pool will now be a split 50/50 between the two so we should expect 2.5+ maps to hit. 

This tournament is so evil for putting the two best asian teams against each other...
