Hard Luck Story of the Year?

I am sure we all have stories of bad luck and times that we could of won big. I shared my story of the time I almost won the Euro Millions jackpot a while ago and this hard luck tale still sometimes keeps me awake at night. But here is another story of a player getting super unlucky and it is completely true and is being dealt with in a court of law at this very moment.

It started when a female player in Sweden decided to load up and play a new slot game called Mega Cash Stacks by Bullet Proof Games, the slot is powered by an Yggdrasil software engine and should be pretty reliable.        

                                            

The Swedish player started spinning and after hitting multiple bonuses and winning what she thought was multiple massive jackpots, accumulated the sum of around 13,000,000 SEK, this is around 1.2 million Euros! She was obviously over the moon at her massive payouts but when she tried to cash out the casino (ATG) refused to pay her out the massive prize!

The casino had claimed that there had been a software error and the true amount she should have won was 130 times less, so around 13,000 Euros. This is still a nice amount but no where near the 1.2 mil she though she had won!

     

It seemed like Mega Cash Stacks would just not stop paying out a kind of dream for any slots player, to find a game this hot is something I am sure we have all had fantasies about. After messaging the casino and provider multiple times she still did not get her money. The casino ATG decided to pull the game to prevent this from happening again. They maintained that it was a software error but the Swedish slots player would not accept this and decided to get her lawyer involved. The case is currently going through Swedish courts and the player is trying to claim negligence on the side of the provider and casino platform. Luckily she has a record of in the form of screen shots and player data, so with this in hand there is a chance she may still get her money but it really depends on who's side the judge leans towards. Imagine if this happened to you and you thought you had won over a million and then try and cash out, only to find the casino said no! I would be sick to my stomach 😄

I too have a similar story like this, however, it wasn't for thousands, and definitely not for the equivalent of €1.2 Million, SHEESH! 🤯😧😮😲😶One day I hope to share it with the forum, I never got paid , and the casino which I'm still using now said, and continues to say... 'we don't control that provider (WAZDAN) , it's out of our jurisdiction', yet they seen my screenshots. I even had a technician representing the casino literally stating that they can see a bonus is being withheld, yet the provider never paid me. I have screenshots of the whole incident, that particular chat thread is still saved on that casino which I can view at anytime. This predicament happened earlier this year 2022.
