Now I am not really a fan of No Limit games, I mean sure they do have insane potential and gritty real life themes to their games but all the splitting and slicing the reels can make No Limit games pretty hard to get to grips with and understand what exactly is going on. However this new release Pearl Harbor is excellent!

It was just over 80 years ago that the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor and now No Limit City have turned the event into a slot! The game is cleverly woven into the cross hairs of an old fighter plane and you have to drop bombs, win dog fights and hope that you get big multipliers  from your planes instruments.

The base game has plenty going on and also good win potential, the hit rate is pretty low at just under 20% but we all know No Limit games are as volatile as they come. There are 2 bonuses, for 3 scatters you get the dog fight bonus which is a watered down version of the super bonus. The super bonus or Tora Tora Tora bonus is where the super huge pays are and the max win potential of 41,127x.

To buy the Tora Tora Tora bonus it will cost you a whopping 712x your stake and trust me it is not easy to make profit on these buys. The game is rated by No Limit as volatility 10/10 so be aware that if you spend the 712x you probably won't make money unless you get lucky!

You can land the super bonus in the base game by landing 4 scatters but I am guessing that landing it naturally will be way over 1-10,000 spins but I don't have the hit rate for the super bonus as No Limit didn't provide this info.

Once the bonus starts you enter the cockpit and start fighting. For each of your instruments that is destroyed you are awarded either an amount or a multiplier, things start getting exciting when you make a column because the amounts are added and multiplied together. When you fill a row horizontally things can get insane, this is because all 6 of the amounts shown in the row are added and multiplied. So things can escalate very quickly. But do not get to excited you have to earn this prize by landing a bomb on a ship, you are given a % chance of hitting the ship and then it is bombs away!

If you hit the ship you are awarded the prize and these prizes can get to insane level very quickly.

This bonus is essentially a hold n spin bonus with a few twists but No Limit have done very well bringing this mechanic to this game! Overall this is a great slot, despite being set in a real  life event where thousands of people died. The visual display is woven together with the mechanics very very well and this creates a fun, entertaining gaming experience for the player. If this is the type of direction No Limit are going in then I like it, this in my opinion is the best game they have ever released and I am some what converted. Now lets just hope I get a big win for me praising the game so highly 😄

I played this very recently. The bonus looks interesting but the visual is a real turn off. The theme is pretty controversial too lol

i do like how they are different slots and ideas  but yes a lot of them are kinda sexist, bioist, racist and prejudice.
