Now most of you will probably be like me and have a bit of "can't be bothered" attitude but keeping an accurate log of how much money you gamble/ how much time spent gambling really can help you gamble responsibly. It can also aid you in winning more and limiting how much you play. We are all told by regulators in all the contries that people are from on the forum to gamble responsibly.

( I have done this many times) Keeping an accurate spread sheet not only helps you stand back from gambling a little bit, it also helps you to make much more educated decisions. Being able to reflect and actually see the time spent or money lost can aid you in making the right decision to either step away or maybe even fire one more bullet. Setting limits is key, on both time and money! This system really does work and once you have organized yourself and kept a record for a long enough period of time, you can start to check through your own data. Checking your own data of when you win and lose can help you win! Seeing when you are running hot and cold can be really advantageous to you. Because obviously you will play when you are in a hot patch or due one and you won't play if you are entering a cold period.

Setting yourself and getting organized really won't take long, just get a spread sheet program on your device and start keeping a record of wins, losses and how much time you spend gambling. I promise if you do this right and start paying attention to your own data then you will start to profit more. agree 100% play in your limits but mainly have fun when the fun stops so should the gambling

I think the betting should not be a way for a person to earn money, but only entertainment, otherwise it can all end badly.
