Relax have released the sequel to their very popular game featuring the same characters buffing up at a gym. Net Gains is set in a much more nautical setting though and it see's the characters Lion, Shark and Crocodile on board a ship. Net Gains is 6 reel, 4 row slot that pays every way from left to right.

Net Gains looks visually excellent with great reel graphics and fun animations. There is a lot of attention to detail on his game as well as a few well thought out base game features. The free spins however is the main draw and to trigger these you need 3x Bell scatters that can be collected with the win cascade. Yes this is again a cascading slot, so for each win you get new symbols drop down on to the reels.

                            

Like the previous games in this series you have 3 bonuses to chose from once you have got the 3 scatters, you can also buy the bonus for 100x stake if you do not want to grind it and trust me it can be quite hard to grind this bonus. There is also an option to pay 20% extra on your bet, this gives you an 82% increased chance of landing the bonus in the base game.

The Sticky Mystery bonus is just what it sounds like, you have to land sticky mystery symbols. The more you land the bigger wins you are likely to hit and for every 3 wins you get a re-trigger of +1 spins, the most you can get in any sequence is 3 spins but you also get extra mystery symbols for completing these win sequences.

                       

The Stacked Wild bonus again name explains it all, you start with 8 free spins and you need to land stacked wilds. The wilds are sticky for 3 wins! Once you have made 3 wins with any wild the counter clicks down to zero and the wilds are removed. You can also land multiplying wilds and this is where the really big wins can hit.

The Coin Collector bonus, again name explains it all. You need to collect coins and get wins. The coins land randomly but you only collect the coins if you land a chest, there is a standard coin collecting chest or the persistent Chest like the one I landed in the above picture. If you manage to collect 10 coins yo get a re-trigger so landing the Persistent chest really helps with this and you get and extra 3 spins for every 10 coins that are collected.

Overall Net Gains is a very well made game, everything fits together and works very well. The bonuses however don't quite have as much appeal as the last slot in this series and it is so volatile that it seems that you get a bad bonus way more than you get an average one and good ones come along very rarely but maybe it was me just being unlucky, I did play quite a few of each one though. Regardless it is a solid slot and with a lower 15,000x max win maybe they have spread the RTP out slightly so players will get more wins over 1000x in the long run.
