With Christmas getting closer and this competition reaching its finale we see the first two matches of the Quarter finals take place this Friday. It is fair to say that it has been a pretty epic tournament so far with plenty of upsets and plenty of drama. We said goodbye to Spain after they were beaten by Morocco and this was probably the biggest upset of the knockout stage. The two games on Friday see favorites Brazil play Croatia who scraped through their last match and Netherlands play Argentina, calling these games will be tough and the teams will be putting everything they have into trying to make the semi's and getting one step closer to the final. One thing is for sure is this is time when the superstars start to really prove their status and I expect big games from Neymar and Messi!

i agree it has been fun to watch and there has been a lot of upsets. I see brazil scoring more then 2 and i can t see argentina letting in a goal my prediction is 

Croatia VS Brazil 1-3 

Netherlands VS Argentina 0-2

Well, although the easiest opponent in theory is Croatia, I think it will be the most important, that score will be a draw and Argentina wins.

But I firmly believe Netherlands going to take that W 2-1 and Brazil 3-1

In the case of the first match is more likely to be 0-1 in favor of Brazil, the rest of the time pure running in the center of the field and shots on goal. 
In the case of the second match, everything seems to go to the fact that the score will be 1-1, if Argentina will not have Messi in the lineup.

Yea, Germany getting eliminated without reaching the play offs was very tragic. They haven’t had a good show for the world cup in a while
