k0nfig to stand in for HEROIC's stavn at BLAST

Heroic has recently announced that one of their best players - stavn will be taking a break from this tournament as he has been playing for far too long for HEROIC with little break. Well deserved, rest well king.

k0nfig will finally be making a return to LAN as a stand-in after his Astralis contract was terminated back in October following an altercation where he picked a fight with a club promoter in Malta leaving him severely injured. Broken ribs and sprained wrist for getting beat up and kicked down the stairs. This forced him to take a temporary leave from CSGO. From what I've heard, he was provoked by the promoter after he (the promoter) insulted and spitted on k0nfig. This however, didn't sit well with the org so they decided to add another reason:

That his performance was rather mediocre and changes had to be made after not qualifying for IEM Rio and placing Lowest in the Pro Leagues.

This will be his second match after last month's disappointing first game with ENDPOINT where he bottom fragged miserably.

HEROIC was considered as one of the favorites for BLAST and with this announcement, I doubt they'll make it far. Possibly even be eliminated first match.

Yea, on this month last year, stavn’s older brother took his own life. He said he’s going to be taking a break to spend time with his family

What’s even sadder is that he taught Martin CS and coached him back in the early days (he was a cs pro). The brother Thomas made him into who he is today. This marks the 2nd Blast Final where stavn is absent.

I honestly dont have much hope for Heroic this tournament. K0nfig will probably not be able to fulfill stavn’s role, especially not after his recovery. K0nfig will need much more time to adjust to the team’s practices

But hey, HEROIC has a good chance of beating OG but will struggle against Vit/Navi in the upper finals.
