Players can submit 1 pick per day and in the course of 1 month have to submit a total of 10 picks in order to qualify for the competition.
Bets/Posts must contain a written account of why the bet will win with 150 words minimum.

Carolina Hurricanes VS LA Kings 

Observation - Both these teams are doing decent this year, Carolina Hurricanes are 12-6-5 and LA Kings are  is 12-9-4. The last time they meet the score was 5- 1 for Carolina. In the last 10 games LA is averaging 3.8 goals for and against and Carolina is getting 3.5 goals a game and allowing 2.8 a game, butting these numbers together, LA should score min 2 and CArolina a min of 2 which forces a min of 5 goals and if a team is up by 1 there will be a empty net goal to make min 6 . LA hasa  7-4-2 record on its home ice or i would just pick Carolina to win but i see this being a high scoring game. 

Prediction is over 5.5 at 1.75 pinnacle

The French national team is holding the current tournament very solidly and it is quite obvious that the loss to Tunisia in the final round of the group round did not decide anything for the team. The coach decided to give rest to the main players and there is no point in judging the game of the France on this match. In general, the team performs solidly in all respects and is considered one of the main favorites for the trophy, given that the Germans, Belgians and Danes have already left the tournament . As for Poland, I did not like at all how the team played in the final round match - even with a risky score, they were not going to win back and hoped more not for themselves, but for the result in a net match. With such a quality of football, it will be extremely difficult for the Poles to oppose something to the reigning world champions in order to reach the quarterfinals. And they make a lot of mistakes in defense, which will definitely be used by the opponent's fast forwards.

In my opinion, this teams should not expect much intrigue. France is stronger than the opponent and will be aggressive from the first minutes of the match. Yes, Poland is able to hold back the enemy for some time, but it is clearly not enough for the entire distance. I believe that the title holders will not notice the resistance and calmly issue an exit to the quarterfinals in regular time but Poland can score one goal.

My prediction is an both team to score Yes at 2.4 odds.

ASTRALIS VS TRICKED CCT North Europe Series 2

This will be a VERY interesting match.

ASTRALIS:

Ranking 17th, in this match, they are heavily considered as favorites by bookmakers and spectators. ASTRALIS is known to choke many games like when they went against 500, HEET, forze as well as many against top teams in situations they should've won...

ASTRALIS is often seen losing a map to their opponent to lead into a 3rd. Players are in decent form with their top player blameF having a KD of 1.21 and ADR (avg Dmg/round) of 86. Higher than that of Lucky from Tricked.

But this game will be different. Kristou has been replaced by device... 4x Major winner and MVP in 2.

This man has been a crucial part of Astralis for a long time from 2016-2021. He then transferred over to NiP but things didn't turn out too well so he went inactive since IEM Winter 2021 after suffering many tragic losses with the team.

With Device back, Astralis will become absolutely better... this match against Tricked will be his debut after a year of not playing competitively .

 

TRICKED:

Ranking 50th, Tricked is a great team who has seen much improvement over the last month. They have made many upsets and is currently on a 7 win streak. 

As of right now however, before Device, Tricked would've had a 50/50 chance of winning. Now I'm not so sure anymore. We haven't seen device make much headlines even in his time with NiP but back with his old team, he might become a beast just like back then.

The only thing that gives Tricked an advantage is the amount of games they play compared to Astralis and im talking about 3-4x more matches, some might argue their form is better too. With this many games, they have the advantage in map pool as every game they can be seen to diversify, experiment and improve.

 

MY PREDICTION:

Over 2.5 maps @ 2.840. Tricked is likely to win their own pick but lose the game overall.

Tricked has shown great performances when it comes to their pick so im guessing they should at least be able to win 1 given their experience and diverse use of tactics.

I cannot comment on device's form now but with him back and his consistent stats back then, Astralis should be able to win or they'll yet again become the laughing stock. Major winners that fell off and is memed on btw.

England played poorly in the group only against the United States, leaving no chance for the opponent in the other two matches, the match against Wales was especially good, in 3 matches they scored 9 goals, conceding 2. Senegal in the decisive match for them were able to beat Ecuador and reached the playoffs , scoring in group 5 conceding 4 goals. Yes, they were able to get out of the group, but they have practically no chances to pass England, because for me England is in good shape. Going for the Poland V's France match in what I expect will start very cagey and with a lot of defensive play. The teams will be playing possession football, especially France. They will be building up slow patient attacks and this means the total number of shots on goal and possession inside the penalty boxes will be pretty low. If this is the case then I don't think there will be many corners in this game possibly under 7 but odds are high for that bet. My pick in France V's Poland match is under 9 corners @2.50 on Bet365
