This is the penultimate round of group games, just one more bunch of matches to be played before the knockout stages, The teams playing on Thursday have not got it easy with some needing a win and relying on other teams to go through. The only team that look fairly comfortable is Spain but if they lose against Japan and Costa Rica beat Germany then Spain are out, so I guess they are not that comfortable but just a point against Japan will see them through. Group F is also tightly poised then only team that can't go through there is Canada and that is a shame because I think they have looked pretty good in both their games despite losing them both, maybe they can do better in 4 years time.
