Really not much football action this Monday as the Premier League starts the World Cup break. So I have moved way down the football leagues all the way to Northern English League 1, which is about 7 divisions below the Premiership. I have found a match and if you go by form should be a strait forward win for Pontefract,who are in 5th position in the league and won 2 drawn 2 lost one from the last 5. Their opponents have lost all of their last 5 games and are in 18th.

                                                      

Now from a gamblers perspective you could think Brighouse are due a win and they probably are but all the stats point towards a Pontefract win, the only thing Brighouse have going for them is the home advantage. But I do not think this will be enough, so my pick for Monday 14th is Pontefract win @1.72 on Bet 365
