Hey everyone the World Cup is almost here and the 20th of November see's the first game in which hosts Qatar face Ecuador in the opening match. Now I think the opening ceremony might be better than the football on opening day but what ever. As we do here on Alpha Gamblers we thought we would give you all a shot at winning 100 EURO'S for FREE!

To enter the competition all you have to do is SELECT THE TEAM YOU THINK WILL WIN THE TROPHY IN THE ATTACHED POLL and leave the name of the team you picked in the comments. PLEASE ONLY COMMENT THE NAME OF THE COUNTRY YOU THINK WILL WIN AND WHY! Any non related comments will be deleted as this post will probably be quite popular.

The temperature will certainly have a big impact on the players and this will probably favor nations that come from hotter climates in my opinion, so bear this in mind. Like I said guys this is a free competition and a bit of fun so no cheating and play by the rules or you will be disqualified!

Another interesting thing about this World Cup is experts have used the power of a super computer to predict the winners of this world cup! The computers algorithm has predicted England, Belgium, Germany and Netherlands all to get knocked out in the quarter finals, the third place play-off will between Argentina and Spain and the final will be Brazil V's France and Brazil wins.

I think the computer has got it way wrong, Brazil might win but I think Japan, Senegal and maybe even the USA might make it through to the Quarter finals. I don't fancy Germany, Belgium, Netherlands or England in this competition and they may not even make it out of the group stages. There will be some shocks for sure!

I think Brazil is the best team in the world.  Neymar and many other good players will play in the Brazil team.  I am 100% confident about winning.

I believe that the most balanced team with the best chance of winning is the German team. It is true that some important players have already completed their cycle, but most of the players come from a balanced and high performance league. That is why it is my team of choice.

Which is why I believe Argentina will win the World Cup in Qatar.
 1/ DeMaria plays much better now than before, his 360 degree movement speed is much better than before.
 2/ Perfect finish and Junior Alvarez for his backup.
 3/ Argentina's goalkeeper is so good that many good players hesitate to kick the ball in front of him.
 4/ Messi who is not to be talked about, who is very difficult to hold, is able to score goals at any time and in any situation with the magic of Messi's feet.
 5/ The biggest role is the coach. The coach of Argentina gives very perfect instructions. I think it will be very difficult to beat Argentina because the Argentine team has become very strong with his perfect management.

I am going for a curve ball as I originally thought Brazil but that is going to be a favorite pick on this competition, so my second choice is Senegal for several reasons. Firstly the squad is looking strong after winning the African Nations cup and secondly they will be used to the very hot playing conditions  that are almost certain to be had in Qatar- Even though the stadiums will be air conditioned I think teams especially from Northern Europe will find going tough as the World cup progresses. So my pick is Senegal to be the first African Nation to win the trophy.
