Hi just want to share my experience playing in this Freshbet Casino that you promoted, they have a nice platform and easy to navigate with even on ur phone. But the chat people have no consideration specially for the timers on their casino. What happen is, I dep $100 to their casino to opt in their promo for 100% dep for the first timers players. So i read the rules and #1 says automatically deposited in your accnt.  So ive waited for it to appear on my accnt  and decided to play, but its like almost 35 mins already and nothing appears on my accnt and my credit is almost done. So i speak with the chat rep to ask about my bonus money but she replied quickly with " sorry theres nothing i can help you with this problem, you should read the rules next time"......i said i actually did read your rules in first time deposits and it clearly says  there No.1 that it automatically dep on your accnt? And she replied do i have a proof? So i took a screen shot and show them this screenshot...but she still refuse and no consideration specially for first time players...not gonna go back there, such a bad experience......

Hey, I talked with my FreshBet agent and he looked into this problem. 

You didn't activate the bonus according to the bonus rules, the bonus needs to be claimed after the deposit before placing any bets on the bonuses page, and you didn't activate and start playing. 

For this inconvenience, they can give you 2x the cashback. But this issue is not their fault mate, you shouldn't start placing bets. If you didn't know where and how to activate the bonus, you should waited for live support.

Its ok mate, well i guess i just read that 1st two or three rules, i admit i didnt read everything, but they should have at least a little consideration to new players, but anyway thanks for your help and good luck hunting....G!VEAWAY!!!
