Alex de Minaur used all his experience and grinding ability to see off the former Boys' Wimbledon runner-up Jack Draper in the second round. He saved plenty of breakpoint chances to steal the second set, and the Brit youngster was mentally and physically done after that, 5-7 7-6 6-2 6-3.

Liam Broady lost from a set up against Diego Schwartzman in the second round at Wimbledon last year, and he very nearly let a set lead slip away against the Argentinian in the second round of this edition earlier this week. After a dominant start to the match, the Brit lost his way, got bageled in the third set, and trailed 0-3 in the fourth before fighting his way back into the contest and ending up on the winning side, 6-2 4-6 0-6 7-6 6-1.

Alex de Minaur leads 1-0 (6-3 6-4 in Eastbourne 2021, Grass). Liam Broady can offer a decent resistance, but the Aussie #1 should be able to negotiate the win and continue his fine run on grass.

The game between this two gentleman's will take place in the UK at 16:30(CET) 

Nick Kyrgios served yet another reminder about his ability on the grass by outplaying last month's ATP London runner-up Filip Krajinovic in the second round. He fired 24 aces, conceded only three points on his first serves, did not face a breakpoint, and created 15 such chances on the Serbian's serve in three sets, 6-2 6-3 6-1.

Stefanos Tsitsipas reached the third round at Wimbledon after defeating an Aussie, who was having a great grass swing so far. Jordan Thompson has won 12 matches and a Challenger title over the last few weeks but couldn't win a set against the world #5 in the second round.

Nick Kyrgios leads 3-1. Nick Kyrgios deservedly starts as the favorite as he is the better player on grass, and he also won this matchup in a grass event in Halle just a couple of weeks ago. Though the Aussie has got a solid 10-3 record in five-setters, Stefanos Tsitsipas' chances will improve the longer this match goes as Nick Kyrgios may explode anytime, and he may struggle to sustain his level if the Greek makes this a physical contest.

The game between this two gentleman's will take place in the UK at 16:30(CET) 

Lorenzo Sonego followed up his hard-fought five-set comeback win over Denis Kudla in the first round with a routine straight-set win over Hugo Gaston in the second round. With these two wins, the Italian improved his career w/l record on the grass to 18/12.

Rafael Nadal always delivers goods in crunch moments, and that's what he did against Ricardas Berankis in an evenly contested second-round match this week. The Lithuanian created the first breakpoint opportunity in the first set, led the second set by a break, and won the third set without facing a breakpoint but still lost in four sets.

At this stage of his career, there are no easy matches for Rafael Nadal on grass, and he will have to work hard and suffer on the court, as he did against relatively weaker opponents in the last two matches.
