Maxime Cressy ended Cameron Norrie's 13-match winning streak as the top seed to move into the semifinal of ATP Eastbourne on his debut appearance. The big-serving American is not only winning plenty of easy points on his serve but also creating chances on return, and he's going to be too difficult to overcome on grass if he continues to perform at this level.

After racing to straight-set wins over the world #34 Jenson Brooksby and #15 Diego Schwartzman in the earlier rounds, Jack Draper made easy work of compatriot Ryan Peniston in the quarterfinal, 6-3 6-3. This is the talented Brit youngster's career-best result on the main tour. His previous best result also came at home on the grass in ATP London, where he made his way to the quarterfinal and lost to compatriot Cameron Norrie in straight sets 12 months ago.

Both have got the game and ability to thrive on grass, but Maxime Cressy is relatively more experienced at this level, and that gives him a slight edge in this battle between two evenly-matched players.

The game between this two gentlemans will take place at Center Court, Mallorca at 14:00(CET)

Stefanos Tsitsipas' struggles on grass was clearly evident once again as he was taken to the distance by Marcos Giron in the quarterfinal of ATP Mallorca. The American had his chances in the first set, won the second set without facing a breakpoint and created two breakpoint chances in the first game of the deciding set (ST won 7-6 4-6 6-3).

Benjamin Bonzi hasn't dropped more than four games in any of the six sets he has played this week, and one of his three wins was against the world #16 Denis Shapovalov in the second round, 6-4 6-1. It was only his second win against a top-20 player.

Stefanos Tsitsipas leads 1-0 (ATP Halle 2022). The Greek will be the overwhelming favorite in this matchup on any other surface, but his ordinary performance and results on grass does give Benjamin Bonzi a fair chance in this meeting.

Alex de Minaur survived a huge scare against Tommy Paul in the quarterfinal of ATP Eastbourne. He lost his way after a dominant start to the match and later trailed 1-4 in the deciding set before finding his range and winning five consecutive games and the match, 6-2 4-6 6-4.

Taylor Fritz dropped eight games against the clay-court specialist Thiago Monteiro in the opening round a couple of days ago but put in improved performance and dominated the big-serving Alexander Bublik in the quarterfinal, 6-3 6-2.

Alex de Minaur leads 4-2 (0-1 in 2022). Taylor Fritz has delivered better results and performed at a higher level over the last 20 months or so, but his shaky form in recent weeks makes Alex the slight favorite here.
