What has happened to Netent?

Netent used to be possibly the best slots Provider out there 5 years ago with classic well built slots but what has happened to the steady release of great games? Well back in 2019 Netent acquired Red Tiger slots for over 200 million Euros and this lead to some megaways slots being made under the Red Tiger brand. Anyone know why Netent did not get a license from BTG to make megaways slots?? I would love to know if you have any info.

And then in June 2020 Evolution gaming snapped up Netent for 1.8 billion Euros, so you would have thought that we would be seeing some absolutely amazing games being released by the Netent/Evolution group but I can't think of one stand out game they have released since the merger...The only one of note is maybe Starburst extreme, which is a re-skin of the original Starburst slot and one of the most iconic games there is. But seriously I would have expected more, maybe there will be more to come but maybe Evolution will just use their market dominance to acquire more providers as online gaming get ever more popular. Even if Evolution continue to just keep buying providers I would still like to see better please Netent!!!
