Sports Bets (Part 3)

Ok so part 3 and the final part and we are getting to more obscure bets now. these are really only bets that experienced and professional gamblers will be laying on. They are worth posting as you may here them in conversation and at least you will have some understanding of what they are, if you do.

• Lucky 31- A Lucky 31 bets across 5 different races, 5 singles, ten doubles, 10 trebles, 5 four folds and one 5 fold. A 10 Euro Lucky 31 would cost 310 Euros to place and only one bet needs to win to give you a return.
• Heinz-A Heinz bet is 57 bets over 6 races, 15 doubles, 20 trebles, 15 four folds, 6 five fold and 1 6 fold accumulator. This bet is called Heinz after the popular brand and it gives punters a wide variety of bets.
• Alphabet- The Alphabet bet is less complicated and is given its name because there are 26 bets and 26 letters in the English alphabet. This bet consists of 2 patents which we talked about in an earlier post (14 bets) and one Yankee (11 bets) and 1 six fold acca.
• Round Robin- This bet is a three selection wager of ten bets: three doubles, one treble and three up-and-down single stakes about pairs.
• Flag- A Flag bet is: six doubles, four trebles, one fourfold and six Up-And-Down SSA Pairs
• Each Way- The Each Way bet is one of my favorites it gives you a bit of room for error. If your pick finishes in the top four horses normally you will get 1/4 of the odds. The bet costs double though so a 10e bet each way would cost 20e, half of the stake goes on the place bet and the other half on the nose.
• Place Pot- Simply pick 6 horses in the first 6 races and if they get placed then the totals carry on to the next race, if your horse does not get placed at any point the bet is lost.
