Different Types of Sports Bets (Part 2)

Ok so yesterday I outlined a few different bets that you can lay on Horses and other sporting events. Today I have some more, some simple and some way more complicated. A lot of these bets can combine the odds of multiple events allowing punters to win really big from just a few cent bet and some of these can give you the chance to win a varying amounts depending on how many results you pick correctly. We will start with the simplest ones today and move on to more complicated bets.

• SINGLE- A single bet is the simplest of all bets you simply place money on horse or team you think will win and get paid if it does.
• DOUBLE- A double bet is effectively 2 singles combined, both selections must win to be paid and the odds are combined.
• TREBLE- A treble is 3 single bets combined and all three picks must win in order to get paid, the odds multiply each other so if all your picks win then you should expect a decent return.
• ACCUMULATOR- An accumulator bet is 4 or more single picks combined, all your picks must win to get paid and there is no limit to how many picks you can make in your accumulator bet. The odds again multiply each other, this bet is also called an "acca"
• CANADIAN- Now this is where it starts to get a bit more complicated, a Canadian bet is a multi tiered bet consisting of 26 bets! Ten doubles, ten trebles, five four fold and a 5 fold accumulator. This bet spreads your prediction and offers punters to cover different outcomes.
• JACKPOT- A jackpot bet is one of the hardest by far to win on, the bet consists of 6 single bets at a single racetrack. All of your selections have to win, if any loose at any point then the bet is off.

Believe it or not there are still plenty more bets to cover and I will post another set tomorrow. The complexity of tomorrows bets increases and I even struggle to get my head around a lot of them but I will do my best to explain.
