The champions league returns for the 2nd legs of the Champions league tonight with Liverpool hosting Inter Milan and Liverpool have a 2 goal cushion that should easily see them through to the next round. I expect that Liverpool will set up more defensively though in tonight's match and look to hit Inter on the counter attack. With Liverpool not needing to win this match I could quite easily see this game ending in a draw. My prediction for this game is 1-1 but Liverpool are just as likely to win especially if they score an early goal as Inters heads will drop at the prospect of turning a 3 goal deficit around.

The second game is much more finely balanced with Bayern Munich drawing the first leg at RB  Salzburg, the Austrians played very well in the first leg at home to earn a draw. Things will be tougher in this match with the German champions home advantage it should see them progress to the next round. My prediction for this match is 3-1 Bayern and the German team will move into the next round.
