Truthfully speaking, I have so many foods I enjoy. To say one favourite... I can't.

I'm Italian ancestry so pasta has be in the mix, steak is way up there also, fillet mignon, ribeye, sirloin, amongst other meat cuts. I enjoy Mexican, Asian dumplings are way up there as well, every Asian country has their own style and versions, I love it! 

I haven't tried all the world wide foods. I love fruits immensely, a few years back I tried something called 'moon drop grapes'. My first impression was I didn't even know they existed, so delicious.

That's awesome @AlphaGambler I hope you continue the journey, and reach your goals. 📅✔️👍

From experience, I say cardiovascular, lots of long distance running with no weight lifting at all will get you lean very fast, truthfully walking also works (considered cardio too).

I don't know what type of build you're aiming for though, I'm more of a lean muscle, I don't want to ever be too skinny, not my style, or too bulky, neither are my style. Somewhere in the middle is best in my opinion.
