I'd say since Rok/Alpha Gambler is technically sponsoring the parlay he's involved in it all, that includes him voting. In a 4 player/participant process his vote counts as 2 to break a potential tie at any chance now, or in the future at anytime.

We're still in the inaugural stage of this parley prediction format. I will also be participating in this in the future, and is why I'm thinking...

In my opinion Rok's/Alpha Gambler's vote should ALWAYS be as 2 votes, and he should ALWAYS be the tie breaking vote when it's deadlocked even upon all votes finalized (including himself). He's basically the deciding vote in most cases, unless the majority opt otherwise.

For the record I know it's spelled 'parlay', and not 'parley'.

As a personal anecdote I have won parleys of 4 never of 5. And they are the ones I bet on and do not follow up. I just bet and the next day I say ohh I won hahahahahaha.
