Well we are drawing to a close for another 4 years. The biggest sporting tournament in the World is almost over and what a treat the last month has been for football fans. We have seen many great games, plenty of drama and quite a lot of incredible goals.

Lionel Messi looks like he is going to get the golden boot but I think Mbappe might have something to say about that and there is still one game for both these players left.

Messi also leads the way for chances created other players, which just go to show how much of an all round players he is. Ronaldo should pay attention to this as it is not all about scoring goals yourself!

Brazil had the most shots on goal and probably no surprise is that Argentina have had the most free kick, this is because they dive and go down like they have been shot at the slightest contact as we all know and this play acting should be investigated by FIFA in my opinion.

The final game between France and Argentina will probably play out like most big final games, it will start very cagey with neither team wanting to make a mistake. I think France have the stronger squad for sure and may even take an early lead. There is a very good chance that both teams will score and extra time and penalties has a good chance. However I am leaning towards this one being done with in the 90 minutes and it could go either way. The bookies agree with this and have both teams evenly matched in the odds,so if they can't decide who will win this game then picking the outright winner won't be easy.

France I think are just starting to fire up though, both sides have a lot of bog game experience and either Messi or Mbappe could swing this game, I guess it just depends who wants it most!
