You gotta love this tournament already and for all the wrong reason! This WC is going to go down in history one way or another. FIFA have just announced to teams wearing the "one love" armband that they will be breaking the rules! Seemingly taking the side of host nation Qatar and their homophobic laws.               

                                           

And this story gets even more farcical as teams like England, Wales, Germany and other European nations prepare to wear the armbands for their first matches, FIFA have announced that players wearing the armbands will be booked! So I guess it will be up to the referee who's side they are on! Either the side of a rich Arab nation with terrible human rights record and barbaric medieval laws that threaten LGBT people with prison or death. What the hell is going on with this tournament and will we see teams leave in protest? Will we see players being sent off for wearing armbands in solidarity with a marginalized and persecuted minority???? Absolutely crazy events going on in the middle east, lets just hope things stay peaceful!

So I guess the big question is this going to have an effect on the outcome of the England V's Iran match, I think it possibly could and so do the bookies. I would like to know what would happen though if Iran won the match by default? Meaning if England walked off the pitch or all the team was sent off for wearing the Armband. Would they still payout on Iran?

Whatever happens this news has effected the price on Iran winning, they were 12.00 yesterday and now they are 9.00, so is this a good bet?

Iran winning at 9.00 is still a good price, they are a tough team and have been playing well and had some good results in the run up to this tournament. So with the added possibility of getting the win by default, this is a pretty good bet right????

Plus what about cards, if all the players for England get booked and FIFA follow on with their threats then you can get crazy odds, it would be worth putting money on this for sure. You only need to put a Euro on and if the whole England team get booked, then that is crazy odds. Get on this guys before the bookies change prices!!!!!!
