Most of you have probably seen the new World Cup picking competition we have running on the forum now, where you can win 100 Euro just for picking the right team in the competition to win. Well I thought I would be a smart ass and go for a massive long shot- Senegal! I did this because I thought not many people would pick them to win and I would stand better chances of getting drawn for the prize but my pick may have suffered a massive blow!

Their talisman player Sadio Mane maybe out of the World Cup with a leg injury, the Bayern Munich and former Liverpool star suffered an injury early on in Bayern's 6-1 win over Werder Bremen yesterday and if he misses the World Cup then Senegal stand no chance of winning, even with him they were 100-1 longshots but after winning the AFCON trophy I thought they stood a chance as maybe they will be more suited to high temperatures in Qatar.....Oh well guess I am out of the World Cup Picking comp 😞
