Sword of Ares- Pragmatic Play. (Quick Review)

I always like it when I find a game that I think our host Mr Bonus Hunter A.K.A @AlphaGamblerwill love and this new game from Pragmatic- Sword of Ares is one I think we will be seeing on stream a lot!

As you can see it looks familiar, it is set on the same style 5x6 grid as Gates and Starlight Princess, so I guess you could call this the third in this trilogy from Prag. The only thing is in this game is they have re-worked the multiplier mechanic instead of getting random wilds you need to earn them. You earn the multiplier by getting wins and tumbles, you can also get the multipliers in the base game but they are much lower than in the free spins.

The same 4 scatter trigger is required to get the 15 free spins in Sword of Ares and once you enter you see that the multipliers along the top have increased and there is more of them compared to the base game. In order to get the multiplier you need to clear 15, 30, 45, 60, 100 and 225 symbols, the multiplier range from 2x all the way to 500x. The wins in the base game also seem to pay slightly higher than in the other Prag games in this series. The multipliers are not sticky or accumulative, they change value after every spin and reaching the end is hard but you are guaranteed a massive win if you do, what is it like 25 wins in a row to get max level?

                            

You can also get these bomb multipliers to help you on your way to reaching the big multipliers, the bomb symbols remove symbols from the grid and add the to your multiplier total. The good thing about this game is the max win is higher at 10,000x (capped) and you can buy the bonus if you wish. The RTP of Sword of Ares is 96.40% and it is highly volatile game!
