The Portuguese national soccer team climbed to the top of Group A2 of the Nations League 2022/23 today, beating the Czech Republic 4-0 in Prague on the fifth and penultimate match day. Diogo Dalot, at 33 and 52 minutes, Bruno Fernandes, at 45+2, and replacement Diogo Jota, at 82, scored for Portugal, while Patrik Schick missed a penalty kick for the Czechs, at 45+6, after a handball from Cristiano Ronaldo.

Spain lost against Switzerland after 2 goals of the swiss team by Manuel Akanji, at 21 and Breel Embolo, at 58. The Spaniards tried to fight but only scored one goal by Jordi Alba, at 55. The Spanish team occupies the 2nd position in the A2 Group only 2 points behind of Portugal. Will they be able to get to the front of the A2 group in the final game against Portugal just in 3 days from today!?
