Football and EFL Cup action tonight, the match I am going for is Swindon V's Plymouth. The simple reason for this pick is Plymouth are in the First division and Swindon are in the second division, Plymouth are doing good in 3rd place and on a good run of form and Swindon are not doing as good in 12th spot in the league below. The only thing is Plymouth may field a weaker team in order to concentrate on the league and Swindon have the home advantage. So my pick is not certain for sure and I am still on a loosing streak but my pick for tonight is Plymouth win @2.15 on Bet365.

Observation- AS both of these teams seem to be struggling to get win and are basically out of playoffs alot of the pressure is off and the bats will fly today. The pitching defence is not good with bostons pitchers ERA is over 5 runs and cincinnati's pitcher has a of 3.8 but the big thing to notice is the runs allowed per team which is over 5 runs for both teams and the runs they get themselves is 4.5. Boston averages 9 hits per game which is second in the league but both teams also allow 8.5 hits a game against them. Also both teams have 140 Homeruns and there on base percentage is both 0.3 and for boston thats 4th in the league.

I liked the match Atlanta Braves - Washington Nationals because they are releasing very low-quality pitchers today: Atalanta has 4.17, Washington has 6.1 ERA.
If you look at the statistics, then Washington scored 563, conceded 776, Atalanta scored 726, conceded 555. Here, as it were, the match itself suggests itself for scoring. Therefore, it is logical to take the total total over 8.
