A new game from Hacksaw is out and Hacksaw are adding a lot more color to their new releases. Time Spinners is a 5 reel, 4 row slot with 10 pay lines. The game is set in mysterious realms of time and has an RTP of 96.2%. You can spin this one normally or in a second mode that increases your chance to get a bonus by x3 and adds more multipliers on the reels but it costs double your stake to play this mode!

Unlike a lot of Hacksaw games the base game has a bit of potential, you can land up to 10 multiplying wilds in the base game and each multiplier is added together creating some pretty heft wins. Time Spinners has seen Hacksaw return to their customary high volatility games and the max win is 10,000x. The bonus on Time Spinners is a bit of an odd one and is split into 2 parts. The first part is a Hold'n'Spin bonus and here you find out how many spins you are getting, where the wilds are going to be and what multiplier is on each wild.

          

You trigger the bonus by landing 3 scatters with the hands of time dude on it, once you have lost your 3 lives by missing any extra symbols landing you start your spins. During this first round you can also land plus symbols and multipliers that multiply the multipliers that have already landed....prbbbbb a lot of multiplying in that sentence!

             

The second part of the bonus is called the payout spins and hopefully as the name suggests it is where you get paid, the wilds that you collected in the first round are stuck on the reels for the remaining spins, I couldn't get the screen shot of the same bonus so the two pictures above are from different bonuses.

                                       

Time Spinners from Hacksaw gaming is an interesting game, there is enough in the base game to hold players attention and keep them spinning and the bonus does have great potential. The game has been put together well with smooth interfaces and pretty good graphics, the game sounds and music are un-intrusive and kind of take you deeper into the game. One thing I did not like about this slot is that after you played the first part of the bonus, you know whether it is going to be crappy or not. Having the bonus split like this takes away all of the element of surprise and therefore the game lost a bit of excitement. A wild line and top symbol pay the same only 20x, so you need to build up good multipliers on a win line in the first part of the bonus to get paid. Time Spinners is a nice example of how Hacksaw are evolving and all round it is a pretty fun game and it offers a bit more than some of their earlier releases.
