how I stop my gambling addiction?

I just want to share my experience how I cured my gambling addiction I hope you think first before you start gambling. I first gambling in 2018 it's already 5 years now in my first gambling session I win a massive money and so happy but I don't think that these first win will leads me to an addiction, so yeah I win a massive money in my first session in an online casino because of these win I actually buy a thing for my self a motorcycle, clothes and many more but when my winning money gone I started gambling again and lose for the first time, my lose at that time is only an small amount but thats what I think in the started but I didn't know that the little lose is corrupting my savings little by little until I can't stop gambling because I want to earn my lose money after 2 years my motorcycle my cars my phone was already gone I can't believe it because my first win was triple my lose so that's why I considered to consult a doctor for my mental health and gambling addiction and after a 6 month of rehabilitation I actually stop gambling little by little now I only watch in YouTube or in the twitch to satisfy my gambling craving so I hope you think before you destroy your life in a casino. gambling is only for the people who afford losing millions of money, gambling is not a way to make money.
