The PSPC is slowly catching up the WSOP (World Series of Poker) as the biggest Texas Hold em tournament in terms of prize money. The Main event is expected to be a $25,000 buy in and last time the winner took home more that 5 million dollars in prize money. What makes this tournament so great is that a large percentage of the field are amateur players and they will be competing against the worlds best professionals, trying to make their dreams a reality and making it to the final table of the PSPC.

Who won the 2019 PSPC?

PlatinumPass winner Ramon Colillas is the PSPC champion, winning $5.1M! A big hand for Marc Rivera, the PlatinumPass winner has placed third in the PSPC cashing for an amazing $2,168,000.

How Can You Qualify For the PSPC?

There is many a root the PSPC in the Bahamas but unless you have a spare 25k lying around it is unlikely that you will be buying strait in. On PokerStars there are loads of PSPC qualifying tournaments which you can enter for as little as 50 cent. Also Stars will be awarding random gift entries for various competitions and even the chance to find one in special reward chests. So you may not have to be rich in order to have a shot at the massive PSPC prize pool you just have to have luck on your side and you could be on the plane!
