Cash out troubles

So recently I’ve had a few massive wins on the casino and was fortunate enough to cash out 8k. I recently had another big win on the hacksaw gaming slot ‘joker bombs’

for some reason everytime I load that specific game or stack’ em it’ll say my account is disabled, I’ve spoken to the live chat and they’ve explained to me there’s duplicate account with the fake information as mine, for some reason also my account is no longer verified and I’m unable to cash out, deposit and they’ve taken my winnings, I’ve tried to explain to them that I have only one account and im happy to send other documents so I can AGAIN verify my account but with no positive outcome, they keep telling me to wait for emails, but when I speak to live chat they talk to me like theyre unaware of the situation.. it’s £3,400 they’ve taken and I don’t really know what to do, I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before and if they managed to get their money back, I normally wouldn’t care but it’s a substantial amount of money. I’d greatly appreciate  any options from you guys!!!!

Did they pay you yet? And have you created more than one account?  Always risky playing unregulated casinos.
