Only one game tonight in the Premier League and we see bottom of the table Nottingham Forest host 16th place Aston Villa. Both of these teams will be desperate for the win and Forest seem to be in free fall after a fairly promising start to the season. Villa on the other hand will also be looking to take all 3 points and start to climb up the table. This should be an easy Villa win as the problems running through the Forest squad are immense, how ever Nottingham have played some good football and been unlucky at times, the board has showed faith in the manager and let him keep his job, where as some other teams would have sacked him. You can't forget that Steve Cooper has dragged them up from a lowly position in the Championship to win promotion to the Premier League and I for one am glad to see him stay. The club offered Cooper a new contract until 2025 this may put some confidence back through the side. Forest will need to start performing though and if the the players dig in and get behind him, then we could see a Forest victory tonight. Quite a tough one to call and really could go either way. My brain is saying Villa win but a part of me thinks that Forest could take all 3 points tonight as well.
