Play n Go sued by Novomatic Greentube???

I heard a rumor and I have noticed that on Book of Dead possibly one of Play n go's most iconic slots that they have changed the scatter symbol from the book and it is now the crypt from Legacy of dead!

Now the rumor is that Green Tube Novomatic are suing Play n Go for copy right infringement and if this is the case then it could mean massive changes in the slotting world! Play n Go are not the only provider to copy book style games and depending on the ruling this could effect many providers games. It could also see that game mechanics can not be so easily copied by other providers in the future unless they have paid for the rights to do so. 

    This is the latest Book of Dead version!

So if this case goes through Play n Go are not the only provider that may have to change their games and possibly pay compensation, Pragmatic Play are another provider that have made millions off of copying other people games and maybe we could be seeing  changes from them. I could not find any info in the press to confirm that Play n Go are in court over the matter but seeing that they have changed the scatter already suggests something is not quite right. If anyone hears anything else on this subject I would love to know, so please comment as this could be big news for the slotting world and could possibly lead to games being withdrawn or changed!
